What themes will be covered?

Core Focus Areas

  • Healthy Living: What if staying healthy were easier than getting sick? Prevention, everyday habits, and the social, emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing that health is built on, along with how public health, community, and equity shape who gets to be healthy in the first place.

  • Care Experiences: What would it feel like to get care that works for you? Reimagining diagnosis, treatment, the pharmacy, the hospital, and care at home, plus the caregivers who make it all possible.

  • Health Economics: What if no one had to choose between their health and their financial future? Medical debt, bankruptcy, cost transparency, coverage, and new ways to pay for and save for care, from HSAs and financing to pre-pay and cash-pay models.

Foundational Threads

  • Tech that Heals: What if technology quietly made every part of health easier? The tools that help people monitor and manage their health, get diagnosed, obtain treatment, and navigate the administration of care, from wearables and remote monitoring to health data and AI.

  • Human Connection: What if no one ever had to face their care alone? Keeping compassion, dignity, and equity at the heart of health and care, and designing for connection in a time of loneliness and isolation.

Practices: Futures Thinking, Systems Thinking and Human-Centered Design

Sectors: Health Systems, Pharma & Life Sciences, Health Insurance, Health & Human Services, Public Health, Community Health, and Social Innovation

Can I present?

Our call for presentations is open until November 15th. We look forward to hearing your ideas!

What is Open Space?

Part of our meeting will be in the Open Space format. This is an opportunity for attendees in real-time to co-create the agenda and then meet with others who are interested in exploring these emergent, attendee-driven topics. These are NOT presentations or lectures; they are discussions, share-outs, or anything else those in the session deem it to be. If you've never done one, you are in for a treat!
